Job Title: Empathetic Care Specialist

The Role:

As an Empathetic Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in delivering our programs and services. You will provide exceptional support to our participants on a daily basis, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive personal care assistance, including mealtime support, behaviour management, and daily living tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with participants, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Ensure high-quality support is provided in a way that respects participant autonomy and preferences.
  • Collaborate with families to provide timely feedback on support provided and progress towards goals.
  • Pursue innovative solutions to deliver support effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting as required.
Requirements:

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual who embodies our values. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional support, possessing excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.

Fulfillment of the following requirements is necessary: Possession or willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check. Possession or willingness to obtain Provide First Aid (HLTAID003). Full Covid Vaccination including Booster.
