ERP Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the pivotal role of ERP Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing our core financial ERP system, NetSuite.

This is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with our global employees and stakeholders, ensuring they have the technology and support they need to deliver exceptional results.

  • Maintain and update master data, organisational structures, processes and calculations in NetSuite
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring service levels are met
  • Manage user requests via Zendesk and Slack
  • Coordinate NetSuite upgrades and ensure business continuity
  • Liaise with internal Risk teams to ensure Sox obligations are met

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile environments, be passionate about finance systems and have a customer-focused approach. They will also demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to relate to individuals across all levels of the organisation.
