About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Expert to join our team. This role will involve working with customers across Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare verticals, providing personalized solutions and demonstrating the Deputy platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Expert will be responsible for managing their pipeline of leads and opportunities like a small business, identifying and pursuing outbound leads to fill their pipeline.
- The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in one of our core verticals (Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare).
- This role requires a solid level of autonomy, combined with excellent communication, time-management, and prioritization skills to work independently in a non-structured environment.
- A strong mix of tenacity, compassion, and patience is necessary to educate potential customers and successfully manage objections and obstacles with confidence.
- The successful candidate will also be driven and optimistic, with an always-learning mindset, and able to amplify an already fast-paced and growing sales environment.
