Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. As a key member of our Digital squad, you will play a critical role in delivering the Unified Last Mile Transformation Program, a strategic business priority.

The successful candidate must have experience in either Digital, Supply Chain, Technology or Last Mile functions. Their skillset must include data collation and analysis, stakeholder management and strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of key workstreams within the Unified Last Mile Transformation Program.
  • Shape and define requirements for future Last Mile system functionalities with a focus on enabling cost efficiencies and scalability.
  • Own and drive product components end-to-end – from identifying problems to delivering solutions across the full product lifecycle.
  • Deliver against strategic roadmap milestones, ensuring alignment with business OKRs and broader program goals.
  • Take analytical ownership to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and inform continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital, Supply Chain, Technology or Last Mile functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
