Roman Health Pharmacy seeks an accomplished Product Manager to drive strategic growth and innovation across its global product experiences. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, setting compelling directions and ensuring brilliant execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of products and their role in the overall company strategy.
- Cultivate customer insights to shape product roadmaps.
- Craft innovative solutions, collaborating with peers in engineering and design.
- Drive product strategy, securing necessary resources.
- Manage risks, develop roadmaps, and ensure smooth lifecycle delivery.
- Monitor commercial and customer results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve customer/commercial outcomes.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and long-term planning.
- Ability to influence outcomes in various contexts.
- Understanding of the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry and/or adjacent sectors relevant to Roman Health.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer/business outcomes.
