Job Overview:

The Senior Product Manager leads the implementation process of client products and services, working across cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing products. This role participates in project planning and scheduling, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap, identifying next highest priority problems to solve.
  • Validate the roadmap with customers, taking output from junior product team members' research to advance planning.
  • Represent the product vision for your feature/feature set in planning sessions with Design and Architecture/Eng.
  • Be involved in key milestones, major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos.
  • Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations, develop strategic launch plan with cross-functional team.
  • Help junior product team members interpret success metrics, work with customer awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations.
  • Experience with loan origination software/technology.
