Human Resources Support Officer Role Overview

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and monitoring payroll and recruitment processing in liaison with regional managers, as well as maintaining the center's human resource computerized records systems.

Key tasks include providing advice to and working collaboratively with managers and the regional director on operational and administrative tasks, coordinating and monitoring recruitment activities within the region, and liaising with operational workgroups on workforce planning issues, matters of payroll, and other administrative functions.

This role involves travel to rural and remote areas within Queensland, requiring the applicant to be willing to travel away from the business unit for a period of time.
