The ideal candidate will report to the HR Manager, based in Milton. This role can be your next step into a human resources career within the mining industry.

  • Support the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, systems, and tools
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and employee involvement
  • Provide customer-centric support and advice to internal customers at all levels across the site

  • Demonstrated success within a similar role or administration capacity looking for your next step up
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration an advantage
