We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will provide high-level support across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and practical people support to stakeholders.
- Lead performance management processes, including Performance Support Plans and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employment changes within your geographical patch.
- Manage Worker's Compensation cases from initial report to resolution.
- Coordinate development opportunities through RTO programs and traineeships.
- Oversee sponsorship programs within your portfolio.
- Support talent initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention.
- Enhance workplace culture by assisting with engagement activities.
- Add value through contributing to a variety of special projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Human Resources role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable.
