Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Account Manager to join our Fosroc department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the waterproofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in the waterproofing industry.
- Focus on both maintaining existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure the primary geographic focus is Metro Perth, with approximately 90% of the business located in this area, and the remaining 10% in WA.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of customer-specific solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and growing national accounts, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic skills with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
