
Senior Business Development Lead

This role involves driving the expansion of a leading customer service organization by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the outsourcing/ customer service space.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales process for new clients from start to finish
- Analyzing market trends to identify target markets and key client contacts
- Developing, planning, and implementing strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with new and potential client contacts
- Evaluating industry trends and recommending new concepts and services for internal development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar Business Development/Sales role
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer service/outsource space
- Established networks in Government, Banking, Energy, and other industries
- Demonstrated motivation and drive to execute the organization's growth agenda
- Solutions-focused with the ability to link services to client needs
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in Business Development/Sales is essential
- Strong understanding of the customer service/outsource sector
- Robust professional network across Government, Banking, Energy, and other sectors
- Drive and determination to achieve organizational growth objectives
- Able to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions
