Job Summary

This role involves driving the expansion of a leading customer service organization by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the outsourcing/ customer service space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire sales process for new clients from start to finish
  • Analyzing market trends to identify target markets and key client contacts
  • Developing, planning, and implementing strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and potential client contacts
  • Evaluating industry trends and recommending new concepts and services for internal development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar Business Development/Sales role
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer service/outsource space
  • Established networks in Government, Banking, Energy, and other industries
  • Demonstrated motivation and drive to execute the organization's growth agenda
  • Solutions-focused with the ability to link services to client needs

Key Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in Business Development/Sales is essential
  2. Strong understanding of the customer service/outsource sector
  3. Robust professional network across Government, Banking, Energy, and other sectors
  4. Drive and determination to achieve organizational growth objectives
  5. Able to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions
