We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
This is a senior position responsible for delivering on new areas of development that require strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings, expand market reach, and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage strategically important partnership opportunities and own executive-level relationships.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers and professional service firms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and drive the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances or channel sales in B2B tech, SaaS/Software or financial services.
- Track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
