Lead Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded professional to take ownership of our financial models, provide commercial analysis, and drive strategic decision-making.

This pivotal role will see you lead the development of project feasibility and financial models across various sectors, providing data-driven insights to support senior management decisions.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project feasibility and financial models for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions at senior management level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess commercial viability and optimize outcomes
  • Design and implement scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to guide project strategy and risk management
  • Present high-quality reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
  • Degree qualifications in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field; post-grad qualifications highly regarded
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis, and feasibility assessment within property development or a related sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with confidence at senior management level
