About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to staff, as well as maintaining and enhancing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Shopify content
  • Maintain and refresh SharePoint content
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external support partners
  • Ensure data integrity and apply best practices across all systems
  • Provide L1 support and escalate issues when necessary
  • Deliver training and create documentation for new or updated processes
  • Be an expert in business systems and applications
  • Have a strong understanding of operations, policies and procedures
  • Assist in project testing and implementation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. You will also have high attention to detail and advanced computer skills, with experience using Microsoft 365 and Business Central being highly advantageous.
