**Job Opportunity - Local VIP Guest Service Executive**
**About the Role**
A successful Local VIP Guest Service Executive will implement marketing initiatives to retain and grow local VIP guests. The role involves delivering excellent guest service, developing key relationships, and promoting guest engagement.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to support business plans and identify new marketing opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a dedicated Hosting List of Local Platinum & Diamond members
- Meeting individual KPIs regarding sales budget targets and the activation of hosted members
- Maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Representing The Star at hosted events and promotions
- Managing member local accommodation and restaurant reservations requests
- Managing Interdivisional travel bookings and RSVPs to events and promotions
- Accountability for expenses relating to personalised hosting & invitations to events
- Actively promoting The Star Club member benefits and improving marketability of the hosted database
- Effectively managing hosted guest data via the CRM platform
**About You**
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Prior 2+ years Gaming / VIP Host experience
- Previous Sales / Guest Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial understanding
- Proven ability to develop relationships
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak a second language is advantageous
