Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a VIP Host.

The role involves welcoming and farewelling guests into gaming areas, assisting with membership enquiries, registering prospective members to gaming programs, and maintaining the presentation of VIP facilities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to build positive relationships, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work shifts over a 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Language skills highly desirable

- Sound understanding of loyalty programs

- Proven conflict management skills
