Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our childcare service, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team of educators dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for children.

Your role will involve designing and implementing an engaging program that meets the needs of primary-aged children. You will also be responsible for planning daily activities, preparing healthy snacks, and building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
