About the Role:

  • ">
  • Inspire and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children">
  • Champion daily operations with confidence and care, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations">
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the community, providing exceptional customer service">
  • Oversee enrolments, family connections, and team culture, promoting a positive and inclusive environment">
  • Maintain compliance and uphold the highest quality standards, using technology such as OWNA to manage bookings, CCS, and reporting">

You'll Be:

  • ">
  • A warm, driven, and highly organised leader who wants to make a real difference">
  • A collaborative spirit and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and the community">
  • Diploma or ECT Qualification, with at least 12 months experience as a Centre Director">
  • Deep knowledge of EYLF and child development (0–6 years), with experience with online and paper-based programming">
  • WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification">
