Childcare Sector Leader

Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader who shares our passion for fostering connections that inspire learning, promoting a positive workplace culture, and prioritizing the needs of children.
The successful applicant will possess a genuinely empathetic, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher), and previous experience as a Director at an exceeding level.
They will lead, motivate, and mentor a large team of educators, create an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families, and educators, and establish long-lasting relationships with the local community.
The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an ECEC service, driving excellence and utilization, and being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment, and facilities management.
Key requirements include:
- A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- A Current Working With Children and Child Protection Certificate
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
