Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our childcare centre. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the centre, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Inspire and support educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging activities that promote children's holistic development, meeting their unique needs and abilities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Culture and Teamwork: Foster a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Acecqa-approved diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles
  • A current working with children check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
