We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oncology Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and lead our nursing team.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with various types of cancer
- Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Direct and supervise nursing team members, including ENs and AINs, to deliver quality patient care
- Provide education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs

Requirements:- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children check
- Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing Experience
- Competence in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration
- Competence in IV Cannulation & Accessing of CVAD/Ports
- ADAC trained and certified
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills
