As an experienced Oncology Nurse, you will provide patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. Your compassionate and empathetic approach will ensure the well-being of patients undergoing treatment.
Our hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with strong interpersonal skills to join our nursing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising nursing staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care that meets the unique needs of each patient
- Liaise with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to protocols and policies
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Provide education and support to patients for their health recovery and rehabilitation needs

Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children check
- Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing experience
- Competence in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
- ADAC training and certification
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
