The Associate Account Manager plays a vital role in growing and nurturing senior-level client relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and strategically planning branded and performance video campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and grow key relationships with advertisers and their agency partners to help them achieve exceptional performance metrics.
- Partner with Client Partner teams to develop data-driven digital strategies on Snapchat, delivering measurable returns for clients.
- Collaborate across functions internally and externally to manage complex work streams.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform KPI-driven measurement approaches, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and suggest upsell opportunities.
- Serve as a product expert by educating clients and agencies on Snap's products, advising on best practices, and providing bespoke campaign optimizations.
- Familiarity with biddable media and app measurement ecosystems.
- Established connections with marketing teams and agencies.
- At least 1 year of experience in the digital media industry, focusing on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides, with experience in analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
