
Senior Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site inventory across multiple customers, ensuring stock integrity, compliance, and premium customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in an inventory or supervisory role, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport processes, and stock management. They will lead and supervise inventory control processes including receipting, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Additionally, they will manage reporting functions such as out-of-stock, aged stock, credit returns, and product loss prevention.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role where accuracy, customer service, and operational excellence matter. The successful candidate will also ensure accurate, auditable, and transparent stock transaction processes. They will collaborate with operations and customer teams to meet service level agreements and objectives. Furthermore, they will lead customer stocktakes, ensuring compliance with timeframes and requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading and supervising inventory control processes, managing reporting functions, developing and maintaining operations manuals, ensuring accurate and transparent stock transaction processes, collaborating with operations and customer teams, leading customer stocktakes, and championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
