Procurement and Inventory Coordinator

The Procurement and Inventory Coordinator is a critical role in the supply chain function, acting as the main interface between clients and retailers. This challenging and rewarding position allows you to directly influence inventory levels and foster strong relationships on both sides of the partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing sales and promotional data to generate a robust replenishment plan for customer warehouses
- Collaborating closely with demand and supply planners, buyers, category teams, and logistics functions from both sides to ensure optimal stock availability
- Responding promptly to supply issues that arise
- Background in demand and/or supply planning or integrated supply planning/procurement coordination
- Comfortable working with replenishment and forecasting systems
- Clear communicator able to manage expectations and build trust with stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to act quickly on trends or risks
- Experience in large-scale FMCG or retail supply chains highly regarded
