Job Title:

Vehicle Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the movement of vehicles from factory order to customer delivery
  • Operate and maintain the dealership's inventory management system
  • Book vehicles in and out of stock, allocating them as required
  • Sourcethe most suitable vehicles for allocation and swaps
  • Generate comprehensive stock reports and lists
  • Coordinate the pre-delivery preparation of new vehicles
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in dealership vehicle inventory coordination
  • Knowledge of software systems such as Pentana and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with high personal motivation
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure in a team environment
  • Well-organized and focused on delivering excellent customer service
