Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our South Geelong, VIC team. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels across various retail stores.

About the Job

As an Inventory Coordinator, your primary focus will be on managing inbound and outbound inventory processes, including store allocations. You'll work closely with various departments to support effective inventory control, review purchase orders and quantities, monitor product performance, and prepare reports for decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Coordinate with retail teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely restocking.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as Design, Product, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations, to support inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data and product performance to inform inventory decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills or experience with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, although this is not essential.
