Supply Chain Planner Position

This role is responsible for ensuring product availability and inventory health across diverse categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales data, promotional plans, and seasonal strategies to meet business needs.
  • Translate forecasts into supply plans that balance inventory targets, service levels, and timelines to achieve optimal stock flow.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage MOQs, resolve supply issues, and optimize stock flow.
  • Monitor inbound freight, supplier lead times, and stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Lead merchandise planning activities including seasonal buys, range reviews, and lifecycle tracking to drive business growth.
  • Report on key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and stock turns to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Sales to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of demand, supply, and merchandise planning processes to enhance business performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, demand planning, or merchandise planning roles.
  • Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination expertise.
  • Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and solutions-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (additional certifications desirable).

This role requires someone who is passionate about improving business performance through data-driven insights and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and be able to drive results in a dynamic environment.
