**Administrative Clinical Support Officer Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Clinical Support Officer to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the daily operations of wards and units by delivering timely and accurate administrative services that assist the healthcare team in providing quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist NUMs with rostering, payroll, recruitment, and reporting tasks.
  • Support patient care through accurate data entry and reporting as well as managing ward stock, equipment, and maintenance coordination for the ward.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative services to support the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision, working independently to undertake a diverse range of tasks.
  • Advanced computer literacy with high-level knowledge and practical skills using computer and internet-based software, with high accuracy in word processing, data entry, and minute taking skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
