As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an award-winning high-end horticulture site. You will work with the latest technology and machinery, overseeing the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and maintenance of an award-winning high-end horticulture site
  • Working with some of the latest and greatest technology and machinery
  • Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team
  • Some client engagement and representing Landscape Solutions on sites
  • Ad hoc administrative duties - pre starts, reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.
  • Mowing & Maintenance/Horticultural works
  • Zero turn ride on operations and other machinery
  • Machinery use and Hand tools - all usual tools of the trade
  • Horticultural fine detail work - pruning, planting, mulching and management
  • Chemical application - Backpack sprayer and specialised rigs

Requirements:

  • Previous team leading/supervisory experience or ready to step up
  • Sound horticulture/maintenance knowledge
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Some previous experience in Landscape Maintenance
