- Liaise with senior executives to influence and drive fundraising strategies, navigating budget planning processes and overseeing budgets with fiscal responsibility.
We are seeking individuals with at least 5 years of experience working within complex fundraising and university environments, with a proven track record of:
- Creating and implementing strategic fundraising programs, including identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gifts.
- Building and leading high-performing teams, promoting a culture that rewards individual and collective success.
- Engaging and motivating diverse stakeholder audiences, including high-net-worth individuals, to secure philanthropic partnerships.
- Liaising with senior executives to influence and drive fundraising strategies, navigating budget planning processes and overseeing budgets with fiscal responsibility.
