About the Job

A senior product manager with a passion for building digital products that address real customer problems is required to lead our Digital Solutions team in the APAC region.

Job Description

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital products that support our insurance partnerships.
  • Own and handle product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Write clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to deliver product increments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use data and user feedback to advise product decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Ensure product compliance with APAC-specific insurance regulations and data privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in a product management or business analyst role (ideally in digital, FinTech, or insurance sectors).
  • Proven understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with APAC insurance regulations, GDPR, or cybersecurity standard processes is a bonus.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred; Having Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
