About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to drive digital solutions in APAC.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and prioritise product requirements.
  • Owning the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Crafting clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Partnering daily with engineering and design teams to deliver incremental products.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Leveraging data and user feedback to inform product decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Maintaining product compliance with APAC insurance regulations and data privacy standards.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in product ownership or business analysis roles (ideally in digital, FinTech, or insurance sectors).
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.
  • Comfortable utilising tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with APAC insurance regulations, GDPR, or cybersecurity standard processes is advantageous.
