Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, posters, signage, and packaging.
  • Design websites and digital assets such as social graphics, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Maintain visual consistency according to brand guidelines.
  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a graphic or digital design related role.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent layout, typography, and composition skills.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with web design platforms such a Squarespace.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate and improve.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.

Nice to Haves:

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital performance-base design principles.
  • Photography or videography skills.
