Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, posters, signage, and packaging.
- Design websites and digital assets such as social graphics, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Maintain visual consistency according to brand guidelines.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a graphic or digital design related role.
- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent layout, typography, and composition skills.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Familiarity with web design platforms such a Squarespace.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
- Receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate and improve.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves:
- Motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Understanding of SEO and digital performance-base design principles.
- Photography or videography skills.
