About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our Digital & Affinity Solutions team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering digital products that support our insurance affinity partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and prioritize product requirements. You will also handle the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable features, and ensuring that every release adds real value for clients and users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with partners to capture and prioritize product requirements
  • Own and handle the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
  • Write clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to deliver product increments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Use data and user feedback to advise product decisions and iterate on solutions
  • Ensure product compliance with APAC-specific insurance regulations and data privacy standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a product owner or business analyst role (ideally in digital, FinTech, or insurance sectors)
  • Proven understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills
  • Comfortable using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics dashboards
  • Familiarity with APAC insurance regulations, GDPR, or cybersecurity standard processes is a bonus
