Workshop Production Manager

Job Description:

You will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role oversees production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process to meet targets and deliver high-quality vehicle repairs.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate quotes for clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • WHS Management: Maintain a safe site by managing the WHS system, following all policies and procedures, and reporting safety incidents/near misses immediately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve problems and make sound decisions.
