Key Role: Product Owner

This critical position is responsible for the successful delivery of digital products, ensuring they meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of business goals and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact digital solutions.
  • Work with partners to capture and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Write clear, concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria, driving product development forward.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Use data and user feedback to advise product decisions, iterating on solutions to drive maximum value.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years' experience in a product owner or business analyst role, preferably in digital, FinTech, or insurance sectors.
  • Proven understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving product development forward.
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with APAC insurance regulations, GDPR, or cybersecurity standard processes is a plus.
