Senior Sales Professional for Mid-Market Clients

At Atlassian, we're on a mission to unleash the potential of every team. As a Senior Sales Professional for Mid-Market Clients, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within our mid-market segment.
We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in growing mid-market accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying cloud-first sales opportunities, cross-selling and upselling existing customers, and building strong relationships with mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its unique challenges. You will also be highly skilled in utilizing CRM systems to achieve key performance metrics and have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will be a strong advocate for our customers, providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams to enhance our customer experience. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to ensure seamless sales processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel required to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in team-building activities.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
