About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at EBR as a Senior Sales Professional - Audiovisual Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a written business development plan to drive sales growth.
  • Manage customer accounts and build a strong market presence in your sales market.
  • Manage the pipeline, identify and pursue new opportunities, and promote our offerings and values to clients.
  • Regularly report to Directors with quantitative measures of your activity and success in building referrer relationships and event activity.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Professional English communication skills and 3+ years of business development or sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients (desirable).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and foster account growth, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
