Job Description

The Talent Development Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping the future workforce by delivering high-quality programs that cater to emerging talent.

About the Role
  • Design and implement development programs that align with strategic Workforce Plans.
  • Collaborate with universities, employment providers, and stakeholders to attract and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Work closely with Business Partners to support recruitment campaigns, assessment processes, and hiring activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding, rotations, and development activities to ensure a positive and enriching experience for participants.
  • Lead program planning, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement and long-term success.

  • You're a confident and strategic professional with a strong understanding of workforce planning and talent development.
  • Excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, navigating diverse perspectives to gain buy-in and deliver shared outcomes.
  • Manage complex projects and competing priorities, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Bring sound judgement, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset to every challenge.
