  • Build and grow client relationships through effective communication, collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, onboarding and mobilising healthcare professionals by utilising industry insights and market trends.
  • Investigate and provide recommendations on market trends and industry insights to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct face-to-face client visits to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage health and safety compliance activities to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
