Enterprise Sales Manager

This role presents a unique opportunity to tap into Splunk's cutting-edge technology and leverage our strong partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth. If you're a seasoned hunter with a proven track record of building customer portfolios and exceeding targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new customers through our partners in the Melbourne market.
- Maintain a consistent focus on delivering outstanding sales results, including forward-thinking SaaS subscriptions, support, and service revenue quotas.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our partners and customers to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with the Partner team to ensure seamless alignment and maximize account penetration.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to management, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
- Leverage your expertise to position Splunk's value proposition effectively, leading pricing and business terms discussions with enterprises.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to best position our offerings in the market.
