Enterprise Sales Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding ERP, HCM, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Experience (CX) sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Account Director, you will play a key role in taking advantage of the growth of our market-leading SaaS platform, working with existing customers and prospects, and driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
You will have the opportunity to develop your consultative selling skills in a vendor environment, establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel, and lead account planning to achieve financial targets and critical milestones. You will also be responsible for pipeline development, creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently, and engaging with prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling.

- Must have demonstrated 5-10 years tenure (verifiable) in at least one role involving sales - we need stable and consistent closers.
- Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
