Your primary focus will be on building, managing, and delivering outstanding sales results. You'll possess a measurable track record of success in fast-growing tech environments, ideally with a focus on enterprise clients. A strong background in creating executive engagements and influencing senior-level decision-makers is essential.

The role involves:

  • Working closely with named strategic accounts in the Melbourne market, driving both new business acquisition and existing business growth.
  • Consistently delivering forward-thinking license, support, and service revenue quotas, with a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Partnering with customers as they embark on their digital transformation journey, focusing on cloud solutions.
  • Collaborating with our Partner team and distributor to drive joint business growth.
  • Strategically working with different Splunkers to maximize account penetration and achieve business objectives.
  • Effective reporting on pipeline and forecasts, ensuring accurate representation of business performance.
  • Leveraging pricing and business terms to engage with large commercial enterprises, while navigating internal business areas.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant software selling experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the Melbourne market.
  • Established relationships within enterprise accounts, with a proven ability to sell at the C-Suite level.
  • A strong background in running and developing high-activity account portfolios.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Meaningful software experience from IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development, security, or analytics.
