About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Sinch's customer base in the ANZ region.
  • Manage a book of strategic mid-market clients across ANZ, driving deep revenue growth through cross-sell/up-sell and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements and enhance customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system to track progress and inform strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the CPaaS, technology, or telecommunications industries, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
