We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Galderma, the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader. As a key member of our Aesthetic Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in promoting premium medical skincare products and fostering strong connections with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting, acquiring accounts, promoting, educating, and creating demand for Alastin products within your territory.
- Developing and executing plans to boost sales and secure a larger market share.
- Coordinating training programs, conducting practice in-services and events for healthcare professionals, while providing technical expertise about our products and procedures.
- Implementing key marketing strategies, actively engaging in sales meetings, and contributing to vital business activities.
- 3+ years in aesthetic sales or skincare, with a proven track record in goal setting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in transactional or direct selling, showcasing exceptional sales performance and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in software tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
