About the Role

We provide holistic support to individuals recovering from workplace injuries, aiming to rebuild their confidence and facilitate a successful return to meaningful work.

The Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases by delivering comprehensive health coaching, career guidance, and return-to-work support
  • Conduct vocational assessments in-person and virtually to empower clients in their rehabilitation journey
  • Nurture strong Employer relationships within NSW to foster effective collaboration
  • Leverage award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients
Requirements:
  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology is essential
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA is mandatory
  • Experience in a similar role within the Occ. Rehab sector is highly desirable but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation skills, are crucial for establishing and sustaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • A strong attention to detail with a result-driven approach is vital for success in this position
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively are essential
  • Showcase initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Developed research skills and ability to prepare, collate and organise data for reporting purposes are necessary
  • Accuracy and efficiency in following administration procedures are critical
  • A current Australian drivers' licence and access to own vehicle are requirements
  • A police clearance and working with children check are also mandatory
