Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for helping people rehabilitate.

  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries.
  • Take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments including Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessment, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments, and initial needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.

Candidates will be exposed to diverse industries, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
