We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised rehabilitation services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Our team of experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors work closely with clients to develop tailored plans that address their physical and psychological well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and consultation abilities, as well as a strong attention to detail. They will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate a result-focused approach.

  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology is required.
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA is essential.
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships is critical.
  • Strong organisational skills, research abilities, and data preparation skills are necessary.
