Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of a major shopping centre. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional results, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day management of the shopping centre including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries
  • Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring vendor performance
  • Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
  • Process and track all AP invoices and expense reimbursements and assist the Centre Manager with budgeting and forecasting.

About You:

  • Previous experience in retail property administration or management.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and strategic self-leadership.
  • Salesperson Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
